Online support to help you regain control

Alcohol, cannabis or other drugs, gambling, pornography, gaming or sex can start to take over your life. We are here to help you regain control. With Jellinek Digitaal, support is within easy reach and available at a time that suits you. Our online treatment provides practical support and teaches you how to stop or manage your use or behaviour in a healthier way.

Why choose Jellinek Digitaal?

With Jellinek Digitaal, you work actively with your dedicated therapist. The treatment is based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a scientifically proven and effective approach. CBT helps you regain control step by step, whether you are struggling with alcohol, drugs, gambling, gaming, pornography or sex. The treatment has two parts: video appointments with your therapist and online exercises for you to complete independently. You receive focused feedback and can put the skills you learn into practice straight away. This makes the treatment both practical and personal.
